ANNUAL MEETING

Balboa Park Hall of Champions
December 16, 1987

1. President Ken Bernard called the meeting to order at 7:20 p.m. In addition to the President and Secretary, the attendees were Lolitia Bache, Dixon Farmer, and Jeff Rigdon.
2. The Secretary certified the voting membership.
3. The Board approved the minutes of the meeting of October 21. The minutes of the 1986 Annual Meeting were approved February 13.
4. The President gave the Treasurer's report. The checking account balance was $8323.93, while the certificates of deposit were another $16,000.
5. The membership elected committee chairmen as follows:

   The members approved a motion by Shirley to leave the Racewalking Chairmanship vacant until a suitable candidate is found.
6. The members discussed the Ekiden marathon relay in New York City.
7. Lolitia Bache reported that she had received the bid for the National Masters Track and Field Championship for 1989. The meet will be the weekend before the World Veterans Championships in Eugene.
8. The members affirmed the selection by the President of Lolitia Bache as SDIAC representative to the Balboa Stadium Committee.
9. The meeting adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
